Small company, so you aren't just a number. Company will invest in job related training and educational courses. You are exposed to different parts of the business instead of focusing on just one aspect of it, helping you build a solid foundation.
Cons
Because the company is small, you will wear many hats, so you must be organized and have the ability multi-task. Great ideas are formulated but at times, don't come to fruition due to lack of resources.
