Pros
The pay is decent. Opportunity for overtime and good off duty contracts. Some good partners.
Cons
Everyone is burnt out. No comradery. There is no motivation amongst deputies or staff. Deputies try to get out of as many calls and reports as possible, making the job harder and more dangerous. Favoritism is very obvious. Working at a very progressive county, comes with a lot un unfairness and danger,
