No Pros. Except for the fact that the team was a bunch of hardworking individuals with Zero support from the senior.
Cons
1. Orthodox work culture, seems like you're working according to standards in the 2000s. External parties don't work that way anymore. 2. Employees are made to work on fear and not motivation. 3. Zero Openness to fresh ideas. 4. Big expectations, very small support. 5. Not the best pay 6. No sense of Management, Just do it mindset. But they sure know how to shout at people. 7. Pressure for no reason.
