Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback and it's great to hear that you enjoy the flexibility that Traveltek offer with working hours.
Overworked is an interesting point to raise as the expectation is 37.5 hours a week, tracking this activity shows where there may be a challenge and your line manager should work with you to address this.
Tracking activity and metrics is key to many businesses and whilst we appreciate this is a new way of working, these 'made up metrics' work across 1100 B2B software companies, of which we now benefit from shared learning.
Everyone in the business got a payrise this year.
We appreciate incentives globally may differ, but all staff benefit from Udemy training access, Perkbox and flexible annual leave allowance. UK staff also benefit from increased healthcare allowance this year and Mintago financial support.
Feedback is listened to and where possible acted upon.

Pros
I worked for Traveltek for a year. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for in my whole career.
The Managing Director is a bully and can not manage at all. They use bully management to get results by shouting at their employees.
You can never get hold of head developers to get answers and when you do it is like you are being a pain and spoken to very abruptly.
There is no support in place. I felt very unhappy while working for Traveltek.
