      Pros

      Traveltek really has focussed on the work/life balance of their employees over the recent years. The flexibility of working from home and/or opting to work in the office gives everybody the chance to have a working environment that suits them. The company recognises its employees through a reward based system with Perkbox, offering online courses with a membership to Udemy making it easy to upskill and learn something new.

      Cons

      Have been with the company 5 years and I don't have any cons to speak of, I really enjoy working for Traveltek.

      Pros

      I worked for Traveltek for a year. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for in my whole career. The Managing Director is a bully and can not manage at all. They use bully management to get results by shouting at their employees. You can never get hold of head developers to get answers and when you do it is like you are being a pain and spoken to very abruptly. There is no support in place. I felt very unhappy while working for Traveltek.
