      Pros

      Great at coaching (or pressuring) staff to complete fake Glassdoor reviews, if only more time and effort was put in to making real improvements

      Inconsistency and not paying attention to the core of the problem

      Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry you felt this way. We do not ask anyone to make fake Glassdoor reviews, staff are free to do this if they choose. We have recently conducted a staff engagement survey and held Employee Listening Groups to engage with staff and seek their input to making improvements across the business.

      Pros

      I worked for Traveltek for a year. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for in my whole career. The Managing Director is a bully and can not manage at all. They use bully management to get results by shouting at their employees. You can never get hold of head developers to get answers and when you do it is like you are being a pain and spoken to very abruptly. There is no support in place. I felt very unhappy while working for Traveltek.
