- Poor company culture - Lacks company ethos - Non-existent HR department - Does not know how to properly treat their staff, thus unable to retain good talent. - Leaders that can't lead (just because you've been with the company for a long time doesn't make you a good leader. Some simply doesn't have the experience or skills to lead and manage people) - Lots of blame/lack of ownership - Over promise and under deliver (poor quality product) - Process and documentation poor company Perhaps all the positive reviewers should work for a company with proper culture and values, who invest/care about their staff, and see if you still feel the same way.
