Woman-owned and sensitive to family commitments. Strong commitment to giving back to local communities through individual or company-sponsored charity events. A great place to work when I first started there. Very strong sense of family among coworkers. Competitive salaries within its industry. A recognized market and thought leader. Some of the smartest people I've ever worked with.
Cons
Recent lack of focus on business objectives since the loss of 2 of the 3 founders. Obsessed with social media. Salaried employees required to account for every hour worked, whether billable or not. Management slow to respond to urgent customer requests unless a billing agreement is in place. Overabundance of directors and managers.
