Bad management, lack of transparency, very low salaries and no future. if they hired you as a junior, you will stay as a junior till the end, because they hire juniors to get all the job done and pay very little money. It's never safe, yearly lay-offs of 5 to 10 people. Most probably you will work as a junior for 1-2 years and then get laid off.
