Employees are empowered to manager their business and do the right thing for customers. The company is employee owned, which is a huge bonus and benefit to employees. The work is always different, and employees are allowed to be creative and help solve problems. While few people leave, several new staff have been hired recently, which is a good thing.

Everyone works hard and there can be a lot of work-related stress. Clients don't always respect the hard work we do for them.
