Convenient Location close to metro Good equipment They are not afraid to lay off people.

Getting assimilated to the environment and the team was left up to me for some reason. The managers are super pushy and you are expected to work 8 hours, so no breaks to eat or any of the sort. No communication whatsoever. They hold monthly meeting where each team basically blames other teams. (this could be a con since it was entertaining) This is the general culture of the company, if you can blame someone else, it's not your fault, you did well.

Disappointing Treatment: Unfortunately, my overall experience with TravelStaytion was overshadowed by a significant downside. Despite dedicating nearly a year to the company, I was unexpectedly laid off without notice. This abrupt termination not only came as a shock but also deprived me of any compensation, despite being just days away from completing a year in the office. This lack of consideration for employee well-being reflects poorly on the company's values and demonstrates a disregard for its workforce.
