Pros
Great people who are genuinely kind. Many people in the office are also friends outside the office. Management listens to employees. The work is interesting and fun. Medical benefits are fully paid for. Employees are encouraged to take vacation and balance work and life.
Cons
Small with few opportunities to grow. Can be resistant to adapt new technology and ways of doing things, especially the people who have been there for 15+ years. Some pains of a smaller organization - people wear multiple hats and disorganization. Some competition, rather than collaboration, between departments.
