      Pros

      I feel valued and supported at TI. Talking to travelers and figuring out how to research and solve there problems is such a great feeling. Everyone is approachable and nice, and willing to help. Communication has gotten better and I do feel confident when I'm on the phone.

      Cons

      A lot has gone on this year and as I learn more, I feel like I'm ready to keep growing. I would like to see more of where I could go in the future.

      Pros

      Good benefits-they don’t cover everything and it’s best to find doctors within that network decent pay-the pay isn’t bad however you do get a small raise once you move up leadership-you’re on a team with usually some senior travel consultants and a supervisor usually they are all really nice and people help you out

      Cons

      monitored constantly-if you go to the bathroom and don’t tell anyone they’re going to ask you why your mouse isn’t moving it’s a lot to learn and you have metrics to meet, wouldn’t advise if you take a minute to process a lot of info at one.
