The team is very young and everyone who worked there was lovely. Office is a good central Dublin location.
Cons
Very old school mindset, profit at all costs without trying to grow or improve the business. There's a high turnover of staff. It's difficult to progress or create efficiencies when you're always training new people. The job is just getting through what you can and fire fighting all the time. Not much job satisfaction. Management are inexperienced or too stubborn to try and improve things. The pay is low for the work and hours and there are no extra benefits. They say that you get free trips but that's generally just the product and sales team. Overall staff morale was very low.
