Seriously Management is worst , Don't have wfh facility even we are dying , too much micromanagement, don't have trust about their employees, no flexibility, too much rules and regulations feels like jail, leadership and managers are not good but we can learn a lot from them but no support, no work life balance , always expecting a lot from us to be expertise in all technologies, no scope for learning and self improvement, no support for skills upgrade,
