The managers that the employees deal with directly are very honest and direct. They are also easy to talk to and make the employees feel welcome at the company. The company has high value for its employees and its clients. Honesty is a huge policy.
Cons
The travel can become very tiresome, especially if you have a family. The pay is very irregular. Sometimes it pays amazing, and other times it is a little hard.
