- aggressive and horrible owner - aggressive and horrible family - no training, expected to learn on the job when everything is new to you - constant shouting matches - the male waiters were very unfriendly, as were the chefs. I only ever saw the male waiters getting breaks to smoke, us waitresses couldn't even get a glass of water.
