      Pros

      The best part of working here is you are treated as family. Everyone he treats you exactly well. No office politics or treated unfairly. If you have any questions ask, if you want to suggest a new way or new service or even concerns with current processes are can always speak up and be heard. Great company to work for! I never intend to leave only because of how I am treated and feel like part of the company which feels amazing!

      Cons

      Salary would be nice to have greater growth but as we grow as a company I have confidence so will the salary!

      Pros

      Great schedules, great training, caring managers that listen to suggestions and care about making you better. Coworkers are friendly. Very family like atmosphere. Training is excellent. I went from green to experienced in no time. They love working with inexperienced candidates and making them better and efficient at being an analyst.

      Cons

      Pay raises are slow. Pay is lower than average.

      Pros

      They'll hire you with no experience so I suppose that's a plus if you're looking to get in to the field

      Cons

      Pay is absurdly low. They have lost good people because of it and still done nothing to improve it. The SOC is suffering from extreme alert fatigue because alerts don't get tuned and analysts are drowning in false positives with no work actually being done to combat it. Instead time is being dedicated to marketable features that serve no actual purpose and provide no benefit to customers.
