Pros
Nothing except the Process and incentive structure.
Cons
Salary they offer is too less for today’s market. Management does a lot of politics. HR department is such a waste there. Transport management is poor. You can see half of the city during travelling in case you stay far away from the office. All I can see is company making a good profit by using committed employees.
