Pros

Only you will get experience letter after paying Rs. 50,000+One month salary.

Cons

Company is having 2 years bond of Rs. 50,000 and on every salary appraisal bond period will be extended for the next 2 years. Notice period is of 3 months. If employee wish to leave company before bond period then employee have to pay Rs. 50,000 + One month's current salary(which is collected from 3 months salary as deposit amount). After every salary appraisal employee can't leave company for the next 6 months. Not recommended to software developers. No technical growth.

Pros

Only problem is two money sucking female managers, not technically updated and biggest money suckers which are holding the company back. No growth for new people Bond for two years, If you break the bond, you have to pay 50,000/- rupees One complete salary deduction in first three months Very low salary for freshers, after working for entire month what freshers get is only 3000 rupees Lot of people have left the company because of frustration and strict company policies, earned less and paid more as a fine for breaking bond. No Leaves of any kind No talented people in company, nobody to guide you. Very bad culture, and lot of politics. Old and not updated, no knowledge, no skills people are not gone out of company and also no new talent has come inside, this is the root cause to move towards goals for company

Pros

1) If you are desperate for a job they will give you a job at very low salary, spend time here looking for other job for few months pay the penalty (10% of promised salary+3 months salary/3 months notice). 2) Save some money with your salary and join some classes if you want to learn anything because you will only get experience letter but no experience.

Cons

1) Salary will not increase for two years if your performance is very good then it could be considered might consider for salary increase of Rs1000. 2) No Training 3) Most of the goody good review on glassdoor for this company have been put using employee ids by the employer. I am a witness to this. 4)No scope for Learning anything in any department. 5) Salary Deduction right from first month for three months as security which you will never get back. 6) You pay 10% of what they promised you + 3 months salary/3 months notice if you leave because of their harassment and torture. 7) Salary never paid on time. Sometimes salary paid next month eg. September salary in November. 8) Sinking ship.
