Micromanagement and Poor Service - Anonymous employee Transwestern Employee Review

Micromanagement, poor service, lack of professionalism, manipulation and unfair treatment are the main characteristics of this management office at the Miami tower in south Florida. It's a shame Transwestern keeps giving them a chance. Poor character from the senior manager's side allowing that the service to his tenants keep being affected by this behavior. Tenants are leaving the property way before their contracts end.
