      Pros

      -Flexible working hours -Friendly coworkers, they organize gatherings and activities (Eg. Christmas dinner) -Holiday policy is flexible too. -Work with big clients -You solve different problems every day

      Cons

      - Very specific industry that requires specific engineering skills - For junior engineers: you need to be very proactive as people are not always available to give you dedicated training (small company) - Unless you live in the town - Is best if you either cycle or drive to work
