Pros

Not much except for free fruit every Wednesday

Cons

Transurban is every reason that infrastructure should not be privatised. From overly paid executives that are cutting down budgets for managing assets and paying executives to trim down staff. This company is going to cost Australia huge in terms of tunnels and bridge assets - things that you won’t see today but will feel in years to come. The only legacy Michelle is going to leave is deteriorated infrastructure, huge debts with overly paid executives and GMs!

Pros

You will get opportunities do learn and try new things

Cons

Do not invest in employees at all. I have been here 2+ years have not seen anyone ever get promoted. Never was invested in as an employee at all. Was never sent to any trainings, conferences, work trips, travel, no continual education, etc. They are so cheap. Only will develop senior employees, good luck growing your career and developing if you're below that. Business is in a constant state of appeasing stakeholders and Australia, never based in reality. Constant promises of "strategy" but no action. Leadership has no real idea of what goes on, honestly don't think they care, since their job is basically making up their own narrative.
