      Pros

      Non-toxic environment. Work can be really challenging and fun. Good as a training ground. WFH setup was a huge plus.

      Cons

      Salary was below market. Not so good benefits. Poor policies in terms of leaves. Usually overworked with no good compensation. No reason to stay.

      INCOMPETENT salary of PsiX10.5, mandatory overtime - no work-life balance, issuing low specs desktop and dongles that affects performance while I had 100Mbps wifi connection only for myself, Mass Hiring - Mass FIRING!!!
