Pros
I think its very location based, however my experience with Transplace in their Pittsburgh location was great. The leadership was extremely competent, fair, flexible, and encouraging. The office was filled with hard working, easy to talk to people and it was a great environment. They offer flexible work from home and accomadate doctors appointments, family matters, etc very well.
