Good management and fun work environment

I don’t think there’s any cons

It had consistent pay and sechedule. Most of the work staff are cool to work with and nice.

Get in trouble for trying make the station you work at more effient and no real clue who was a “good employee” from one “who isn’t”. Combative CEO. “My way or the high way mentality”. No real training “throw you to the wolves” and get burned when you “mess up”.
