      - Work with amazing clients who want to listen and learn - Strong team environment with lots of collaboration and constructive feedback - I have learned a ton since I started - Amazing benefits for a company of this size (matching 401k, monthly tech stipend, consistent parental leave policy, very strong health insurance) - Fully support remote and hybrid workforce - Great access to executives and board when needed

      Cons

      - can be a steep learning curve - keeping up with constant changes in the industry can be a challenge

      Pros

      Transparent is one of the fastest moving companies I've seen, they are agile in how they deliver on client needs. I also am able to take my own learning path, I have the opportunity to dive into any topic I find of interest and share that knowledge with my team and client

      Not as much structured processes as a big company
