Great Group of Employees - Relaxed Atmosphere - Human Resources Manager Transource Computers Employee Review

Odd seeing these other reviews as I have never experienced anything like what was written. I currently work at Transource and it is an amazing place to work. Transource truly rewards hard work. I have several co-workers who make six figures and have strong relationships with their customers. Transource proudly employs military veterans. At the end of the year, Transource hosts a fully paid for trip to Las Vegas. Management is very flexible with hours if reasonable. Several employees were allowed to change their schedules to spend more time with their families.

At Transource, you truly are compensated for your hard work. The ones that come in late or are on their personal phones all day are exposed pretty quickly and I assume these reviews are reactions from employees who didn't want to put in the work. The felon review is absolutely not true. Transource conducts background checks on all potential hires. Transource is a small company and the owners are very hands on and I am guessing these former employees didnt like the way they were managed.

You can work alone and unbothered.

No one to cover shifts, a lot of paperwork.
