      Pros

      Great working environment and PTO. Depending on position, working from home opportunities are available. Employee recognition and transparency

      Cons

      I do think salary is under market. Yearly bonuses and merit increases are not done on a yearly basis. Cost of living increases are given. Smaller company so career opportunities can feel limited.
