Organization is very short sighted. Decision making will save a penny today, but cost a dollar tomorrow or prevent opportunities for further growth. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. Not even close to industry comparable pay. Managers look down on education. Internal promotions often result in promoting someone to a position they are not qualified for. A lot of promises are made to keep you, but organization never follows through. The organization is too large for current ownership to continue being the end decision makers. Not a place for flexible work.
