Thank you for your feedback, i'm sorry you feel you were seen as a cog. I can promise you that is not the case, we value every single employee. In 2023, we have implemented a number of measures to ensure there is clear communication and transparency, our associate board which is made up of people from within the business has been a huge help and our latest survey results have shown the progress made in this place. In addition, we've implemented new systems and processes as well as revamped our learning and development programs so we can help develop our staff, maintain work/life balance and grow the business. I'm also proud that our culture committee has really put a huge emphasis on getting our culture back into the business and while this is a journey, it is trending in the right direction. If you have any other feedback, please do reach out. Ricky Abbott President

Pros

No pros at all and should be avoided.

Cons

The most horrible and toxic experience I have had. I have seen people get fired after two weeks without having receieved any proper training.
