Pros

At first, experience was pleasant. Work seemed to be manageable and there was a healthy dynamic between teams.

Cons

Unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros for this agency. Agency life is not for everyone, but as a company that allegedly strives to put their people first, you would think that they would actually listen and action off on the constructive feedback employees provide. As you can tell, there are many reviews that echo these same sentiments. Within the timespan of 8-9 months, there were not one, but 2 rounds of layoffs, and an incredible amount of employee resignations at all levels- from entry level to senior level. This left teams with scarce resources, and absolutely no incentive to continue employment with this company. Mentally, you had to prepare yourself each day to be overworked and overwhelmed with the amount of requests. Aside from this- there seemed to be a lack of stable and consistent workflows and processes, ultimately developing the perfect recipe for disaster. Personally, thus far in my career, I haven't witnessed hostility, tension, and passive aggressiveness between employee exchanges in a remote work environment. That was the case until I joined this company. The lack of respect and accountability is truly enabling a culture of misery and bitterness, which makes any employee unmotivated to thrive.

We appreciate you taking the time to share some feedback as it does take courage to speak out, I thank you. I’m sorry that your experience here wasn’t more positive, and as you called out, we did have to make some very difficult business decisions as many companies did in the past year. With that said, we did make an effort to best support anyone impacted by lay-offs through providing job search tools and resources and connecting folks to external recruiters. We do take all feedback very seriously and I’m proud to say we’ve introduced a number of new tools and employee programs in 2023 to better support our employees across the board, including, learning & development, health & wellness, better process, improved communication, and more. We feel very confident about where our business is heading and have a lot of exciting things coming on the horizon, but at the core of it all is our employees and we are striving to ensure the work life balance is maintained. If you have additional ideas you’d like to share, please feel free to reach out. Ricky Abbott President

Pros

No pros at all and should be avoided.

Cons

The most horrible and toxic experience I have had. I have seen people get fired after two weeks without having receieved any proper training.
