3yWe appreciate you taking the time to share some feedback as it does take courage to speak out, I thank you. I’m sorry that your experience here wasn’t more positive, and as you called out, we did have to make some very difficult business decisions as many companies did in the past year. With that said, we did make an effort to best support anyone impacted by lay-offs through providing job search tools and resources and connecting folks to external recruiters. We do take all feedback very seriously and I’m proud to say we’ve introduced a number of new tools and employee programs in 2023 to better support our employees across the board, including, learning & development, health & wellness, better process, improved communication, and more. We feel very confident about where our business is heading and have a lot of exciting things coming on the horizon, but at the core of it all is our employees and we are striving to ensure the work life balance is maintained.
