Good company - Director Transmission Employee Review

I see a large mix of reviews on here but I have to say, my own personal experience is nothing but positive. The team is made up of incredible people who have a great sense of humor and are good at what they do. Leadership truly cares and does try to implement change. There are a lot of opportunities for growth and advancement and from my own personal experience, you have a lot of flexibility to take time when you need it!

Sometimes the amount of internal meetings is a bit high - but again, leadership has addressed this through a variety of different efforts.

No pros at all and should be avoided.

The most horrible and toxic experience I have had. I have seen people get fired after two weeks without having receieved any proper training.
