Cons
None that I have had
Pros
Starting salary Regular employees (managers are uncaring and unproductive) Benefits
Cons
Long hours, weekend hours without OT pay. You are expected to answer customers 24/7. 1am, 4am there is no work/life balance. You work 50-60 hours for salary of 40 hours Management only cares about the bottom line their money Work holidays without compensation Management doesn’t care or listen You are made to get and post google reviews and fear losing your job if you are honest. You will do the work of 3-4 people while being asked to do more Company bonus program is impossible to reach because of low customer rates and they change the parameters every month No clear handbook and rules change without notice. They give you sick days and vacation days then take them away without warning or notice A computer system that doesn’t work properly Company meetings where they tell you how well and how much the company made the month before but we always miss receiving bonuses for one reason or another No room to grow you will be in the same position you were hired in. Culture is based on smoke and mirrors You are just an employee they don’t care about employees at all They don’t believe in mental health you are told to stop complaining and “suck it up. You are discouraged and given a hard time when taking days off Understaffed so much that if one person takes off no one else can for the day, week, or the amount of days. Culture and values have been replaced with managers and upper management who don’t care about anything but money. They micromanage down to checking how fast you reply to an email and you are told repeatedly how poorly you are working. Management and upper management work 9-5 while the underlings work 7-7 and weekends on call from 6pm Friday until 7 am Monday with zero compensation
