Corrupt and incompetent senior mangement - Anonymous employee Translink Employee Review

The worst disconnect between management and front-line workforce I've seen. In general, an incredibly demotivated workforce. Bureaucracy and rigidity smothers creativity and, eventually, turns even the most enthusiastic employee against the Company. Terrible at retaining talent. Very little momentum for going forward.
