      Direct line managers are great and will do as much as they can to support you.

      Cons

      Leadership and C-suite suck so much at their jobs. They preach on how much everyone is family and when lay-offs need to happen, they dump you away like trash.

      TD2 takes a different approach to client projects - science-led and with the view of the entire drug development ecosystem in mind. This is reflected and appreciated in client conversations and relationship with the BD team.

      Cons

      TD2 is a growing company and may not always have the latest technology or resources as a big CRO.

      Meaningful work, good co-workers, lots of training opportunities, decent benefits

      Cons

      Too much red tape, documentation is way too disjointed, lack of coherence between departments, management lacks direction and drops employees without warning or any safety net
