Pros

The company sells quarterly bonuses, an open office plan, and Friday happy hours.

Cons

The open office plan is just plain noisy and Friday happy hours are just an excuse to get you to work later. If you opt out of company happy hours, upper management throws shade. There is high turnover as the trend is to hire fresh graduates, skimp on training, and pile on the projects until they realize they can do better. While there is frequent renaming of upper management and shuffling of duties, it is very difficult for project coordinators and managers to get promoted. The whole Austin office was shut down and experienced employees laid off, so the business outlook is not good for US operations.

Cons

New York office has a small amount of workers where the majority of the company's employees are in Europe.

Pros

Everyone is young, smart, and a pleasure to be around. The entire production team is at least bilingual and often tri or quadrilingual. Upper management in New York is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons

There was a recent restructuring that many people are unhappy about, and since the US side of things are small there is little room for growth.
