Nothing is Pros. If you don't have any option, you can join temporary. but ready offer carefully. All +ve feedback given by management. So, don't go with positive feedback.
Cons
it is startup and not grow as expected due to bad policy. we were only around 40 employee (including management and owner) and rest was interning. Very bad management. Hiring and firing policy. they are hiring once get the project and they terminate the employee soon if you will come on bench. they are treating employees a machine. they don't have any emotion.
