1, No work ethics and professionalism 2. No professionalism 3. The company owner is very rude and ruthless 4. A lot of internal politics by the senior employees. They will not allow to settle 5. Owner expects everything to be done in minutes including coding and development 6. No work-life balance 7. Not allowed to take a break even on holidays 8. A road side kirana store owner's is much better than the owner on this company
