      Its a great job and a great start for a life time career. The pay is good and the hours are full time. There is opportunity for over time if you want it. There is free lunch available.

      Cons

      They are so worried about getting shut down all the time that they go over board with firing their employees. They have fired some really great employees for minor technical reasons.
