Great Culture - Training Manager Transitional Data Services Employee Review

I really appreciated having the opportunity to work here. It was an overall positive experience. Everyone is willing to help each other and I learned so many valuable technical skills in this role. The management is solid. No one ever micromanages one another. There are opportunities to challenge yourself and grow professionally. The CEO treats everyone like they are human beings. He gives out free tickets to concerts sometimes and has food for the break room. The Holiday office parties are fun. He handled everything really well during the pandemic. It is a positive office culture and there are no issues with office politics or bullying.

None that I can think of.

Nice people, and many of the staff are excellent at what they do. A small company with lots of potential.

Project management was a challenge. Sales would guess at numbers and then drop the project in the laps of the sta. to deliver. The focus was on the data center side and I don't think they knew what to do about the software side.
