Good starting pay, Decent schedule, plenty of overtime opportunity, accessible management and ownership
Cons
Biggest con is the absolute abysmal parking situation. Additionally more often than not the scheduling of rides is pretty questionable. Often times I will come in and get my route for the day and will have a ride scheduled exactly at the time I'm supposed to start or sometimes within 15 minutes. We're required to perform a full pre-trip check on the bus before leaving to our first pickup but there often isn't enough time to do a full precheck and get to the first ride on time. Sometimes the add ons that they give you don't make a ton of sense as there are times where they are nowhere near each other. And just overall the route and ride scheduling can be a little frustrating sometimes.
