Pros
I have been working with Transiris for over 3 years. I have had a wonderful work experience so far, I received lots of opportunities for promotions, raises, and bonuses each year. I was promoted several times over the course of these 3 years based on my performance. We all have a flexible working schedule and managers are really supportive of having a healthy work - life balance which is very important to me in particular as a parent of two small children. There are plenty of opportunities to grow, succeed and achieve personal goals, but keep in mind that you also need to work hard, meet project deadlines and clients’ expectations.
Cons
The expectations are high, but that only pushed me to further develop my career and take on extra responsibilities.
