Pros

Remote work. With the exception of the owner, the people - many of whom have unfortunately left due to contract changes, redundancy, constructive dismissal and/or toxic leadership

Cons

The owner. He routinely shouts and yells at employees on calls, insults them and their work in group emails, makes disturbing comments (including rape analogies) and bullies people. While he is well-versed in marketing technology, his understanding of advertising and running a creative advertising agency is extremely limited and outdated. Instead of accepting help from those who have experience, he turns on anyone who exposes his lack of knowledge and bullies them into resigning. Last year, over 70 people resigned and many clients jumped ship due to his behaviour. He'll blame anyone but himself for this. He is a fraud. If you value being treated with respect and feeling valued, then avoid working here. I honestly have anxiety and PTSD from working here

Pros

This is a solid agency that took me on at my level and allowed me to advance my skills and knowledge. Transiris has given me the freedom to work remotely, travel all around Europe and the United States while being paid. The people are nice, I enjoy the work and I enjoy communicating with the clients, many of which are the top of their fields.

Cons

The standards and expectations are high and it's not a job for those who just want to take it easy.

Pros

Good clients, good projects, good people -- what more can you ask for?

Cons

The company is still growing and adding new services and processes.
