Salary is competitive with market, but you have to factor in other things such as: they contribute 3% of your pay to a 401k even if you contribute 0%, they pay your full medical premiums and reimburse your deductible up to a certain amount, they contribute thousands to your HSA every year, they are willing to pay for any school or training program for your role, and everyone genuinely loves what they do

Transhield has a great compensation package for the most part! Good insurance, Great 401k plan, and Dental and eye. Great people and overall a fun place to work! The company does a lot of team events during the summer like company trips in the summer. Family environment.

Below average sales compensation structure. No career movement for management or advancement due to small company. Below average communication skills. Unaddiquite vacation time for sales team that is on the road 75% of the time if not more. You are always reminided of how management had things when they were in your position. Everybody loves to hear the "I walked up hill both ways when I grew up saying". That was your choice not ours.
