Pros
I have been working hre for 6+ Months now.... Lets begin the pros ride. 1) All employee are always worried when you will get salary. Here best part is you get it on last working day unlike any MNC. 2) Almost ZERO Politics. 3) Alternate Saturday working in Jaipur too. Almost all others are 6 day working. 4) Team is young and happening. 5) Endless Scope to learn. Also learn new technologies. 6) NO fixed work timings. Laptops are given and work from home is also available until miss-used :P 7) What else you need from a Company??
Cons
There are always 2 sides of coin.. I will not say there are no Cons but here its not like other again..just some petty ones. 1) Laptops are given without laptop bags. ( Manageable) 2) No Annual Party plans as per now. (though there are few small treats) 3) Festivals are not felt in office as there are no decorations.( WIP) Rest from work side there are no Cons so far.
