As the year comes to an end I felt it was important to share my experience after working with TT for over three years. It’s truly an amazing team everyone in the company is friendly, supportive, and enjoyable to work with. The customer service department stands out for its helpful colleagues and excellent management. Feedback is always a two-way street; our manager provides constructive input with respect and is equally receptive to feedback from the team. One of the things I value most is the inclusive and discrimination-free environment TT fosters. The company organizes many fun activities and events, investing generously in employee engagement and team building. TT genuinely cares about its employees, which is rare to find today. Collaboration across departments such as Warranty, Logistics, and Accounting is smooth, thanks to great communication and teamwork. Above all, we take pride in the amazing, unique products we offer and the employee discounts are a wonderful bonus. TT truly feels like a family and remains an incredible place to work.
