Lack of clear career progression paths, especially in certain teams/roles Lack of female seniority (and general diversity the higher up you go) Lots of specialisms/practices without any clear go to market strategy Lot of emphasis on seniority for a such a flat org - huge SLT with no real scope for what they do Poor people management - people become managers who are more senior at what they do, not because they're good people managers
