Pros
Unlimited restroom breaks.. vacation time set hours.. Pay is ok. That's all i can think of unfortunately. I don't know what else i can say .
Cons
This company started out great years ago and it has gone through several managers, each one worse than the next. If you enjoyed middle school or maybe tenth grade this is the company for you. Notice I did not say the 11th or 12th grade because they act more mature. The coworkers are nothing but back stabbers and will throw anyone under the bus at any given chance. The women that work there cause so much drama on all shifts. Every shift there is some kind of conflict its almost exciting just to go to work. Maybe I can write a book about it one day. There is absolutely no sonority there what so ever, there has been people there for awhile that have gotten passed up on promotions that did not deserve it, but since they play basketball with the boss they get selected. Like I said it used to be a good company but it has become a revolving door. Nobody there is a team player, its just a popularity contest... Now lets go on and talk about the management. Management is a complete joke, all they care about is getting the product out and could care less about quality. The bosses have absolutely no people skills. I have never in my life seen a boss run the other way when you have a problem. There's one boss that just talks to the women and has nothing to do with the men.. I guess this is hard to understand unless you work there. I'm hoping that the upper management can see this review and hopefully something clicks and changes can be maid..
