      Work-flow is okay, and there are plenty of audio files.

      Cons

      The Ukraine-based transcribers have an upper hand in decision-making, even disputing a poor rating by a Ukraine-based transcriber will not get you any positive feedback, yet the quality of transcript is up to standard and follows the guidelines set.
